1969 CORVETTE STINGRAY 350/300 ** Sold **
Owned by me for 20 years. Since that time it's been extremely well cared for. Shown it at local events where it always receives positive comments. Nearly everything has been replaced or rebuilt. Always garaged. The paint was done in the early 90's and still appears fresh. At the time, paint was stripped down to the fiber glass, body seams re-done, then gel-coated.
Rear bumpers have been re-chromed. Hooker headers with 4" side-pipes have been added, along with glass packs which sound incredible.
The original motor was rebuilt shortly after being painted and has less than 15k miles on it. Since being re-built, many upgrades were added including forged pistons, roller rockers, ported/polished heads with SS valves. Edelbrock Thunder Series 650 carburetor and Performer intake manifold; Jacobs Pro-Street Ignition; Mallory Unilite distributor. Slightly larger camshaft, but still idles great. Hurst shifter kit for Muncie close-ratio 4 speed. Spal electric pusher type fan added a few years ago to keep motor cool on hot days. Too much done to list here. Over $5k put into motor alone.
Suspension has been upgraded with fiber glass rear spring, KYB shocks and new front coil springs. Larger sway bars, front and rear. Polyurethane bushings.
Interior has been completely re-done as well and appears new. Much better, aftermarket CD/radio added, along with amplifiers and sub-woofer. Stainless Steel brakes. Recently, car was given a complete tune-up, including 4 wheel alignment. Over $45k has been put into this classic. A true drivers car to be enjoyed and always turns heads.
